MENU & WINES

A five-course menu paired with Moss Wood wines.

WA Rock Lobster

Moss Wood Ribbon Vale 2019 Elsa

“This is a first for Moss Wood and comes from the Ribbon Vale property. It’s sauvignon blanc made in a very modern style. The Elsa is one of the most exciting sauvignon blancs yet released. Even after I had tasted it, I couldn’t put it down.”

95 points - Ray Jordan, The West Australian

WA Market Fish

Moss Wood 2020 Chardonnay

BBQ Fremantle Octopus

Moss Wood 2019 Pinot Noir

Black Angus Beef Fillet

Moss Wood Ribbon Vale 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon

“We live in hallowed times: the ’18 cabernets from Margaret River are being released into the wild… there’s never been a better time to be alive. Concentrated, fine, pedigree cabernet explosive, low-down torque that drags the flavors of the palate into the interminably long finish. Epic. Will live as long as you do.”

97 points - Erin Larkin, Halliday Wine Companion

Cheese Selection

Moss Wood 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon

“It is, without doubt, one of their greatest – dare I suggest, it might be their greatest. It is classic Moss Wood that ranks with their best. This is a glorious statement from one of the great estates in Margaret River. Is it their best? Yes.”

99 points - Ray Jordan, The West Australian
