For many years, customers have asked for a way to enjoy Moss Wood more regularly and ensure they never miss a new release. We’re delighted to introduce the Seasonal Release Service – a curated delivery designed to keep you closely connected to Moss Wood.

How it works
Twice a year – in March and September – members will receive a tailored selection of Moss Wood wines, sent directly from the winery. Varying the wines in each delivery allows us to share our very best with you. It also means the value of each delivery varies. We will email you 30 days ahead of your delivery so you can anticipate your next seasonal release.
Each delivery includes detailed wine notes with vintage summaries, production insights, and cellaring advice – all written by the team who made the wine.
You can join at any time and there is no membership fee.

A note on Moss Wood Cabernet Sauvignon
Our Cabernet Sauvignon is always in high demand. As a Seasonal Release member, your allocation is secured ahead of the members’ release in March. Moss Wood Seasonal Selection members receive 2 bottles, Red Seasonal Selection members receive 3 bottles, and members with Moss Wood Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay Allocation receive 6 or 12 bottles, with the possibility to purchase more.

What is the Moss Wood Seasonal Release Service?
The Seasonal Release Service is our twice-yearly subscription, giving you guaranteed access to new release Moss Wood wines sent directly from the winery each March and September. The exception is the Moss Wood Cabernet Sauvignon Allocation (12 Pack), which is delivered once per year in March.
What comes in each shipment? Each shipment includes a curated selection of Moss Wood wines from your chosen pack, along with printed wine notes, vintage summaries, and cellaring recommendations prepared by our winemaking team.
The selection varies between the March and September shipments. We’ll send you an email 30 days before dispatch with the exact contents of your upcoming pack. How much does it cost?
Costs vary depending on the pack you choose (Moss Wood Seasonal Selection, Red Seasonal Selection or White Seasonal Selection). Pricing is shown at checkout and charged only when a shipment is about to be sent. There is no membership fee.
We’ll notify you by email ahead of each March and September shipment, and your card will be charged 30 days later.
Yes. You can skip a shipment any time by logging into mosswood.com.au/my-account, opening the Subscriptions tab, and clicking the Skip button.
Do members receive discounts? Yes, Seasonal Release members receive an exclusive 10% discount on every shipment. Because this is a members-only product, the price shown already includes that 10% discount. Is shipping included?
Yes – complimentary domestic shipping is included on all Seasonal Release shipments.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No, you can cancel or skip it at any time.
Yes. You can cancel your membership up to 24 hours before the coming Seasonal Release renewal date by logging in at mosswood.com.au/my-account, opening the Subscriptions tab, and clicking the Cancel button. To cancel within the final 24 hours before the renewal date, please contact Moss Wood directly.
Do you ship internationally? We’re delighted to offer the Seasonal Release Service worldwide, and your 10% discounted shipping rate will appear automatically at checkout.
For international orders, Australian WET and GST are not charged on your wine. However, you’ll be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges payable in your own country when your shipment arrives. How do I update my address or payment details?
