Whole bunch pressed, cold-settled in tank, then fermentation initiated with cultured yeast before transfer to French oak barriques and 30% taken through mlf; bottled in Sept after fining and filtration. A distinctly complex wine, mouthfilling and fleshy, white peach, fig and cashew to the fore, citrussy acidity on the finish, oak subservient to the fruit.
