Bright straw.  Pungent, incisive aromas of orange, pear, quinine and ginger, with a hint of chamomile.  Shows very good density and richness but also lively cut, with complex flavors of honeydew, citrus zest and bitter quinine.   Finishes long, spicy and vibrant, with very good cut.
