Mighty hard to follow the remarkable 2018 cabernet for Moss Wood. The 2019 vintage was cooler and the resulting wines less opulent, yet they have emerged as elegant and graceful. And when you see a wine like this you start to appreciate that there is something about the Moss Wood vineyard that almost transcends vintage. It’s elegant and delightfully poised and powerful with pretty perfumed characters you tend to find repeated with this great Margaret River estate. Extends effortlessly to a very long finish that says so much about Moss Wood cabernet. What can I say: another great wine.
