Moss Wood 2018 Semillon – Ray Jordan, The West Australian Wine Guide 2020
A tank-fermented semillon that is consistently one of the best examples of this variety. Designed to capture the spicy freshness while displaying some palate texture in here. Has a trace of fig and fresh cream in the middle palate. Yet the zingy finish of crunchy apple and lemon sets it on its long palate journey. One of the best I can recall.
