Moss Wood 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon – Edward Agg, The Cellar Post

Rating: Stars

Tense, tight, elegant. Could do with a stint in the cellar, or a long decant. Very good drinking.
Nose – Blackberry, redcurrant, and red plum. Leafy qualities, dry earth, and sweet tobacco with fine oak spice woven throughout. Plenty of vitality on display.
Palate – Medium-full, juicy, tight. Bright dark berry fruits, blackberry, black cherry, redcurrant, tight acidity, savoury spice, peppermint, cacao, and coffee, fine firm tannins, great length, elegant finish.
