MOSS WOOD 2021 Chardonnay

Moss Wood 2021 Chardonnay – Marc Malouf, Wine Worth Writing About

Rating: Stars

Medium gold with a beautifully fine and expressive nose of lemon/orange blossom, jasmine tea, honeysuckle, fingerlime, white pineapple, nashi pear, fresh stonefruit, spearmint, nougat, cashew praline and caramelised vanilla goodness. There’s a cool freshness to it.
In the mouth it rolls over the palate with elegance, silkiness and a deliciously juicy core of peach, Piel de Sapo melon, lime, lemon curd and nectarine, gently spiced with nutty vanilla oak and hints of honeycomb. The pristine juice is charged with freshness and energy, thanks to vibrant acidity, and it drives with unwavering momentum, ending on a long and clean tail that speaks with clarity of fruit.

Yes team Moss Wood, this is lovely! Pretty sure this is my favourite Moss Wood Chardy so far.
