Last night’s Semi action, Moss Wood 2021

Nose – Charged with green apple and pear, dried pineapple, passion fruit, white florals and a savoury, calming, grassy quality.

Palate – Driven and zesty yet rich with a lingering spice. Crisp green apple, pear, pineapple again, honey roundness, goes towards tropical, acid pulls it up nicely, as too the creamy texture and spice on the finish. It’s not the zest fest of the Hunter. It’s delicious in a totally different way
