This is excellent. Lemons, lemon rinds, pith, grapefruit, fleshy white nectarines, marzipan, and almonds with wafts of minerally ocean spray and quartz. Medium-full on the palate, beautifully textured and almost perfect in concentration. Lemon and white grapefruit, panna cotta, ginger, honey, sea spray.

Everything is so very well done and balanced. Lovely length and flavour persistence. It’s bang on and worth every penny of the ticket price.
