The 2025 Amy’s Cuvee Blanc is a Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blend, and in true Moss Wood style, it’s rich and exotic in both shape and feel. Notes of white pineapple and green apple, grass clippings and green peppercorns are threaded together by strands of saline acidity. This is classy. It feels as if it may age quite well as well.
