With 14.5% alcohol, bright purple hues and potpourri scents, the MossWood 2018 RibbonVale Cabernet Sauvignon is from the 6.36-hectare vineyard south of the original MossWood site and bought by the Mugfords in 2000. It shows racy blackberry front-palate flavour, middle-palate plum, spice, mint and mocha oak and a dusty tannin finish.
