Sauvignon Blanc, Moss Wood Elsa 2021, very nice. Sauvignon Blanc with a bit of swag.
Nose – Smokey white peach, guava and gooseberry with a creamy white floral roundness and sprinkle of oak spice
Palate – White grapefruit, peach, gooseberry and green mango, richly textured and tightly packed, bright acid providing ample tension. Finishes slightly grassy and herbal. Lots to like.
